Delivery costs-Terms and conditions

Our range of flashlights and accessories, are delivered by the German postal system DHL. Delivery of over sized packages however, will be delivered by a haulege company.

 

Dilivery Time

With exception to bank drafts, all orders go in to preparation within 12 hours of any working day. In Germany, 97% of orders recived by us before 12 o’clock midday, are prepared for packaging the following work day. We prepare the goods to our costumers choosing to pay by bank draft, when the agreed sum is transferred to our account.

We deliver free of charge for orders which exeed the sum of:

150 € within Germany

220 € Europe zone I

300 € Europe zone II

360 € Europe zone III

360 € International

 

 

Damaged Goods

We will gladly replace any goods damaged due to transportation free of charge.

 

Important

We at Lohenstein OHG, ensure that all goods sent out to our costumers are in perfect working order. If however, you recive a damaged product, please inform us immediately before you return the goods.
